Please have clean washed hair at least the day before your appointment.
If you do not turn up for your appointment or cancel 24 hours before it’s due, you will have to pay for the service you've booked before booking another appointment, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided to the value of the services you had booked.
If you fail to attend three appointments you will be removed from our system.
An appointment reminder will be sent to you 36 hours before your appointment, giving you 12 hours to cancel if you need to.
Please remember I'm appointment only so by booking a slot you have reserved my time. If you do not show up, I don't get paid.
