If you do not turn up for your appointment or cancel 24 hours before it’s due, you will have no pay for the service you've booked before booking another appointment, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided to the value of the services you had booked.
An appointment reminder will be sent to you 36 hours before your appointment, giving you 12 hours to cancel if you need to.
Please remember I'm appointment only so by booking a slot you have reserved my time. If you do not show up, I don't get paid.
I do not wash hair I'm afraid, cuts only so please have clean washed hair at least the day before your appointment.
