Please have clean washed hair at least the day before your appointment.
If you do not turn up for your appointment or cancel 12 hours before it’s due, you will have to pay for the service you've booked before booking another appointment.
If you fail to attend three appointments you will be removed from our system.
If you feel unwell please cancel your appointment well in advance, if you appear unwell, we reserve the right to refuse to cut your hair, you will have to pay for the service you had booked.
